• Standard Timeline: Please allow 7 to 14 business days for us to prepare your order.
• Exclusions: Weekends and public holidays are not included in this timeframe.
• Dispatch: Orders generally ship out the week following your purchase at the earliest.

• Priority Processing: Skip the queue for a flat $10.00 rush fee.
• How to Request: Email us with your order number to request early processing.
• Terms: The rush fee must be paid in full before your order can be prioritised and shipped.

• Delivery Estimate: 2 to 7 business days after dispatch.
• Weight-Based Rates:
  • 1g - 2.99kg: $18.95
  • 3kg – 4.99kg: $25.00
  • 5kg and over: $30.00

• Delivery Estimate: 6 to 15 business days after dispatch.
• Weight-Based Rates:
  • 1g – 1.9kg: $30.00
  • 2kg – 5kg: $50.00
  • Over 5kg: Heavy orders may require multiple boxes. We will email you a separate shipping invoice for the remaining balance.

• Please reply to the pick up email with your preferred day and time to collect. Once you confirm, we will send the address for pick up. 

• Carrier Liability: Ripple Flame Co. is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit.
• Filing a Claim: If your order arrives damaged, please contact Australia Post directly to file a claim.
• Important: Please keep all packaging materials and the damaged goods, as the carrier will need to see them to process your claim.
