Because we handcraft each product fresh to order, please review our shipping, processing, and pickup guidelines below.
🕒 Processing + Production Time:

Freshly Made: Every item is made fresh just for you. 
Standard Timeline: Please allow 2 to 14 business days for us to prepare your order.
Exclusions: Weekends and public holidays are not included in this timeframe.
Dispatch: Orders generally ship out the week following your purchase at the earliest.

All orders are tracked and shipped safely via Australia Post.
Shipping Within Australia
  • Delivery Estimate: 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.
  • Weight-Based Rates:
    • Standard shipping $14.95 (Up to 1.9kg)
    • Standard shipping $18.95  (2kg+)

International shipping:

We also currently post to United States, United Kingdom and New Zealand. Postage rates go off the weight of your order.

  • Please ensure you add your email or Phone Number onto your order as You will need to receive a confirmation for when your order is ready for collection.

  • Carrier Liability: Ripple Flame Co. is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit.
  • Filing a Claim: If your order arrives damaged, please contact Australia Post directly to file a claim.
  • Important: Please keep all packaging materials and the damaged goods, as the carrier will need to see them to process your claim.
