Please note: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any items—whether unopened, opened, or used—unless the product is found to be faulty.
🔄 Change of Mind
We do not offer returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Customers are responsible for selecting their preferred scents and products. To assist with your selection, we provide a detailed Fragrance Bible on our website. If you have any questions about ingredients or fragrances, please reach out to us before placing your order.
💸 Refunds & Shipping Costs
- Refunds are issued at the discretion of Ripple Flame Co
- If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned items
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, or as store credit if applicable
- NO Refunds for the Hidden Collection Sale Section.
❌ Order Cancellations
If your order has not yet been processed and is not a custom order, cancellations due to change of mind will incur a 10% restocking fee
📦 Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- Clear images of the damaged items
- Any relevant details
Anything after 14 business days of you receiving the goods will automatically be declined.
